Pickup Information

Pickup is available for all hotels in Ao Nang, Klong Muang, Tub Kaek, and Krabi Town. Free zone is Ao Nang. An additional charge applies for Klong Muang, Tub Kaek, and Krabi Town. Pickup time is 09:00 AM – 9:30 AM. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Please note that Mu Koh Phi Phi National Park (Maya Bay, Loh Samah) closes annually for two months during the low season, typically in August and September.

This tour is not suitable for guests traveling by big boat or ferry.

Participation is not recommended for senior citizens aged 75 or older.

Children between 4 and 10 years are billed at the children's rate.

Children under 2 years are not advised to participate.

We offer meals that accommodate dietary restrictions, such as vegan and vegetarian options.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

Please be informed that Maya Bay is closed annually from 1 August to 30 September for environmental conservation. During this period, visitors are not allowed to step onto the beach and may only view and take photos of Maya Bay from the boat.
