For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

• Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Pickup instructions are emailed to you by 4pm the day prior to the tour.

Pickup Information

We provide complimentary transfers to all areas around Phuket. If your pickup location is outside of Phuket, we need to hire a private car to make the return transfer. The cost for car will depend on your location and we will arrange this for you. We will send through an exact pick-up time by 4pm the day before the tour. Private return car transfer available on request — ฿1,500 per booking (one car for your group). Contact us after booking to arrange.
