Outside areas : hotel transfer can be arranged for an additional charge of 200 THB per person, including both pick-up and drop-off Phi Phi + Khai Island: Includes Phi Phi highlights and a beach stop with optional water activities. Thai buffet lunch: served in a shared restaurant with multiple groups. Standard speedboat: 2 or 3 engines (group size 30-45 persons) Budget-friendly island tour: Fun and social experience with a lively beach stop. If the day before travel date you still not receive a message from us with the exact time to pickup from your hotel, please contact us by +66985764957 (WhatsApp). On the day of the tour, please wait in the lobby of your hotel at the appointed time. ONLY FOR Phi Phi + Khai Island STANDARD Option: Hotel transfer is LIMITED. Complimentary hotel pickup is available from: Patong, Kalim, Tritrang, Kamala, Karon, Kata, Kathu, Chalong and Phuket Town. For all another areas we can arrange a hotel transfer for an extra fee of 200 THB/person, or please arrive at the pier independently and complete check-in before 9:00 AM. Please note: Pregnant women are not permitted on any speed boat tours, and our staff has the authority to decline tour participation without providing a refund in such cases. MAYA BAY IS CLOSED ANNUAL FROM AUGUST 01 UNTIL OCTOBER 01 Please note that May-October is part of Phuket’s monsoon season. Rain, wind, waves, and changing sea conditions are possible.
 The tour operates daily and is cancelled only when sea travel is officially prohibited by the Marine Authorities due to unsafe conditions. Rain or moderate waves alone do not automatically mean that the tour will be cancelled.
 We recommend checking the weather forecast before your tour. If you prefer not to travel because of the expected weather, you may cancel or change your booking free of charge at least 24 hours before the tour starts. Changes requested less than 24 hours before departure may be subject to an additional fee and availability. Pickup Information

We provide pickup from hotels, villas, apartments, Airbnb accommodations, and cruise terminals across Phuket Island. Please select your accommodation during booking. If your hotel is not listed or not yet booked, contact us via Extranet chat at least 1 day before the tour to arrange your pickup. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by 5:00 PM on the day before the tour. Please note: Pickup and drop-off are not available from Phuket Airport.
