Pickup Information

We provide pickup from hotels, villas, apartments, and Airbnb accommodations within Phuket Island. Please select your accommodation from the list during booking. If your hotel is not listed or not yet booked, please contact us via Extranet chat and provide the details at least 1 day before the tour so we can arrange your pickup and drop-off. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by 5:00 PM on the day before the tour. Please note: Pickup and drop-off are not available from cruise ship terminals, bus terminals, or Phuket Airport. Transfer Information by Tour Option: 1. Phi Phi + Bamboo / Phi Phi + Khai (Standard & Premium Options): - Free round-trip hotel transfer from any hotel on Phuket Island - Pickup time: 7:00–8:00 AM (depends on hotel location; confirmed 1 day before) - Drop-off time: approximately 6:00–7:00 PM, depending on traffic and hotel location 2.
