ATTENTION!!! The pickup time is depend of your hotel location. If the day before travel date you still not receive a message from us with the exact time to pickup from your hotel, please contact us by +66985764957 (mobile, WhatsApp). Please note: Pregnant women are not permitted on any speed boat tours, and our staff has the authority to decline tour participation without providing a refund in such cases.This tour is also not recommended for elderly guests aged 70+, or for guests with back problems, bone/joint problems, heart conditions, serious chronic illnesses, recent injuries, or other medical conditions that may be affected by speed boat travel. Please note that this is a speed boat tour and the ride may be bumpy depending on sea conditions. Please note that May-October is part of Phuket’s monsoon season. Rain, wind, waves, and changing sea conditions are possible.
 The tour operates daily and is cancelled only when sea travel is officially prohibited by the Marine Authorities due to unsafe conditions. Rain or moderate waves alone do not automatically mean that the tour will be cancelled.
 You may cancel or change your booking free of charge at least 24 hours before the tour starts. Changes requested less than 24 hours before departure may be subject to an additional fee and availability. ⚠️ Maya Bay Please note that Maya Bay is officially closed for beach landing from 1 August to 30 September as part of its annual environmental restoration period. Pickup Information

We pickup and drop off from any Hotel/villa/apartments at Phuket. Please select your accommodation from the list provided. If it is not listed or not yet booked, please contact us via the Extranet chat and share the details at least 1 day before your trip. We will arrange your pickup and drop-off accordingly. Your tour pickup time will be sent by 5:00 PM the day before the tour. Please note: We do not provide pickup or drop-off from cruise ship terminals, bus terminals, or the airport. Transfer Information – Free round-trip hotel transfer from any hotel on Phuket Island. – Pickup is between 7:20–8:20 AM (depends of your hotel location and sent 1 day before the tour). – Drop-off is approximately 6:30–7:30 PM, depending on traffic and your hotel location. The boat departs between 9:00–9:30 AM.
