Complimentary round-trip pickup is included for hotels located in major tourist zones: Patong, Kata, Karon, and Phuket Town. Please provide your exact hotel name and address at the time of booking. This is a shared (Seat-In-Coach) transfer. Your specific pickup window will be assigned based on your hotel's location (typically between 07:30 AM and 08:00 AM). Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup window. *Note: Remote zones (e.g., Rawai, Nai Harn, Bangtao, Mai Khao, Panwa) may incur a small additional cash surcharge or require an update to a private transfer.
