Pickup is available for all hotels within the Phuket area. Pick up time is 7.30 a.m. - 8.30 a.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

Please be informed that Maya Bay is closed annually from 1 August to 30 September for environmental conservation. During this period, visitors are not allowed to step onto the beach and may only view and take photos of Maya Bay from the boat.

Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.

Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease, bone diseases or other serious medical conditions are not recommended to join the tour.
