Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour, and no refunds will be given. Guest who has heart disease, High blood pressure, asthma or seizure disorder are not recommended to join the tour.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund

Please be informed that Maya Bay is closed annually from 1 August to 30 September for environmental conservation. During this period, visitors are not allowed to step onto the beach and may only view and take photos of Maya Bay from the boat.
