Redemption Instructions

1️⃣ Booking Confirmation: The exact pickup time will be sent through the Viator booking system. Please note that the 9:30 AM time on your voucher refers to the tour start time at Royal Phuket Marina. 2️⃣ Itinerary: Timings are approximate and may change without notice to accommodate tide and local weather conditions. 3️⃣ Weather Policy: The boat tour operates in sunny or rainy weather, except during extreme events like hurricanes. 4️⃣ National Park Fees: Please pay the national park fees directly to our guide upon check-in: 400 THB/adult and 200 THB/child. 5️⃣ Pick-Up: Be ready and waiting at your hotel lobby or designated pick-up location 5 minutes before the pick-up time specified in the booking confirmation. 6️⃣ Tipping: Tipping is optional and entirely at your discretion. 7️⃣ Special Diets: Vegetarian or vegan meals are available upon request. Please let us know when booking. 8️⃣ Travel Documents: Keep a copy of your passport saved on your mobile phone.
