Pickup Information

The car seat is chargeable, subject to availability upon reservation. Vehicles will be assigned based on number of passengers. You will receive an email a day before your scheduled pickup with your booking reference, our customer service number, and your driver's name and contact details. For Departure transfer, your driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Waiting time: 30 minutes after the indicated pick-up time. Please inform pick-up time, pick-up and drop-off hotel name and full address.
