I welcome you to the privacy of my home in Bologna: not in an aseptic studio, nor in an industrial laboratory nor in an exhibition space. Here, time follows a different rhythm. We work slowly. Strictly by hand. We use only pure flour and eggs from ancient breeds of hens, natural and authentic colors .. Vegetarian menu available. Celiac menu not available. My dog is my family and lives in the house with me.If you are allergic or afraid of dogs, maybe this pasta lesson is not for you.
