1. Old Royal Naval College
We pass by this UNESCO site - the most dramatically sited architectural and landscape ensemble in. Europe. founded in the 19th century this was the training establishment for naval officers until 1998. It is now a joint services college
2. Cutty Sark
See the Cutty Sark the last surviving tea clipper built at the end of the golden age of sailing before steam ships became the norm. It was one of the fastest of its type and gave its name to Cutty Sark Whisky. The maximum logged speed for Cutty Sark was 17.5 knots (20.1 mph). Her greatest recorded distance in noon to noon sights was 363 nautical miles. She has one of the slimmest hulls which is why she was so fast.
3. Greenwich

The observatory was commissioned in 1675 by King Charles II. John Flamsteed as the first Astronomer Royal. The building was completed in the summer of 1676.The building was often called "Flamsteed House", in reference to its first occupant.
7. Greenwich Market
Established in 1737 we will sample its delights and see the wide variety of stalls featuring local and national fare. Greenwich Market is renowned, you can try a delicious, sweet treat. before me move on to anither grazing experience
