Redemption Instructions

Please submit your booking confirmation (voucher digital or printed) at the time of service. The team will verify your data with the name of the owner. Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. In case of transfer, the driver will confirm your reservation upon boarding. No need to redeem physical tickets.

Pickup Information

Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, STAFF will be waiting at the exit of the arrivals terminal with a sign with the passenger’s name. It is important to provide the flight number to be able to follow up in case of delays or schedule changes. The maximum waiting time is 60 minutes after the passenger's departure. In case of failure to locate the passenger, staff should be contacted immediately for assistance.
