Redemption Instructions

Please provide a mobile telephone number with country code. You can contact your driver by WhatsApp on the day of the transfer to notify of delays or to clarify how to find him on the spot. In Barcelona our sedan drivers cannot take more than 4 pieces of luggage in total, regardless of their size. If you arrive with more pieces of luggage than allowed and they don't fit into the car's trunk, our driver will be happy to assist you to get another taxi from the taxi stand. Indus Pickups will not be able to cover the charge of the additional taxi. Here at Indus Pickups, we understand that it may take you some time to get to your pickup location, so we offer the following complimentary waiting time, depending on the type of transfer booked: Airport pickup: 60 minutes The complimentary waiting time starts counting from the scheduled pickup time. In unique cases, where you are delayed in the airport unexpectedly or just need some more time, we would advise contacting our Customer Support as soon as you can. Please be advised that the additional waiting time may result in an additional charge based on the vehicle type you have requested. For a Pickup where a Sedan car-type is assigned: EUR 6.00 / 15 min For a Pickup where a Minivan car-type is assigned: EUR 9.00 / 15 min It would be a great idea to switch on your mobile phone or connect to the airports free Wi-Fi upon your arrival. If we are not able to get in touch with you an hour after your actual flight arrival time, we may have to release your drive. In situations that the flight is delayed, your driver will track the flight number you provided in your booking, so they are able to adjust the complimentary waiting time to the flight’s actual arrival time. Please advise your preferred pickup time for RETURN PICK UP . We recommend that you request your pickup at least three hours in advance of your flight departure time.

Pickup Information

Your chosen pickup time can be scheduled at your convenience, as transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The departure transfer is arranged in accordance with your flight time. For return journeys, pickup from your accommodation in Barcelona is scheduled approximately 3 hours prior to your flight departure to ensure a smooth and timely arrival at Barcelona El Prat Airport. Any changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
