IMPORTANT: Please review the information below regarding your transfer service • If you did not provide your hotel or flight information at the time of booking you MUST contact Karmel Shuttle immediately. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. • Changes to reservation: any changes must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time. Arrival Instructions • Upon arrival and collecting your baggage (if applicable), call Karmel Shuttle toll free at +1 888 995 7433. Provide the last name of the Lead Traveler and you'll be provided with instructions on where to meet your driver. • If you are delayed due to baggage claim or customs issues, please call Karmel Shuttle to advise of the delay. • If you encounter a last minute flight change (cancellations, delays, etc), you must call Karmel Shuttle as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in a no show and a refund will not be issued. Hotel Pickup • Your pickup details will be assigned based on your departing flight details. Karmel Shuttle will provide you with the pickup time and location. Infant and Children Seats • Infants and children are not permitted to ride on the lap of a parent or guardian. Infants must have an infant carrier or car seat . Seats are not provided, you must bring your own. This operator requires you to contact them directly prior to this tour/activity.
