Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• When booking a round trip, Please make sure to enter return pickup date and time in "Note" section. • London vehicle tax included in the price. •  Heathrow Airport meeting point and time : T2, T3 - In front of WHSmith shop , T4, T5 - In front of Costa cafe  / After 60 minutes from flight landed time. You may request your own pickup time on the booking form with waiting charges in mind. • You may re-confirm or make changes to your booking by sending us an email. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India • Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class.   • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to your trip. • Refund is not available for incorrectly booked vehicles due to excess luggage , customers leaving pickup point with another operator without contacting us or failed to contact us in timely manner if they are stuck in a long immigration line.    • Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. • Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 25% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment. This only a private transfer service . Driver may not act as a guide.
