Redemption Instructions

• When booking a round trip, Please make sure to enter return pickup date and time in "Note" section. • London vehicle tax + Airport Pickup charge + Airport drop off charge Included in the price. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India • Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes, walkers, folding wheelchairs) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Refund is not available for incorrectly booked vehicles due to excess luggage , customers leaving pickup point with another operator without contacting us or failed to contact us in timely manner if they are stuck in a long immigration line.    • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible. • Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time.
