• We kindly ask our guests to be at the meeting point at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. • Our City Wonders staff will have a City Wonders tour sign to be easily recognizable at the meeting point. • Pompeii Archeological Site is NOT visited if you pick the Positano & Sorrento option. Similarly, Positano is NOT visited if you pick the Pompeii & Sorrento option. • We strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags. Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours. • We strongly suggest to bring water, sun cream and a hat during the summer season. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking, comfortable shoes are recommended. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus. • City Wonders is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by City Wonders. • Children under the age of 18 might be requested to show their ID card at the entrance of the site, so please bring it with you on the tour ----------- If Private Tour option is selected: • Please ensure to add your accommodation details in the "Special Requirements" field on the check-out page or to email them to us at info@citywonders.com • It is the customers’ responsibility to arrive at the agreed Meeting Point 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time and present their tour voucher to the driver.
