Redemption Instructions
• Departure time: 7:30am • Duration tour: 12 hours When in Italy you can contact our local supplier (+393512187924) by call and by WhatsApp. (we suggest by WhatsApp messages, easily linking to free wifi from hotels, bar/coffee shops, restaurants). • Professional English-speaking Driver gives basic general commentaries from the vehicle. He can’t leave the car to walk around with you. • For under 18 years old booked for this tour please provide proof of identity (copy of a document, ecc.). Without them the Clients could be asked to make payment of a full price balancing cash in Euro directly to the driver. • This is a private Tour. Only your group will participate and it can be modified and/or customized (if requested at booking time). The Volcano: • Access to the crater with a volcanology local guide in small group is part of the ticket. • Vehicles do not go to the top but will drop you off at an altitude of around 1000m. The trail to the top climbs just under another 200m. • If weather conditions don’t allow to trail to the top, from the altitude of around 1000m you will have time to enjoy the panoramic view. No refund is due. • Wine Tasting: Minimum drinking age is 18 (will have soft drinks instead wine) • Tipping is not included in our service fees,It is never mandatory although it is always appreciated. Standard gratuities in Europe run between 10% 25% depending on the service received.
