Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival at the meeting point, P.Insurgentes Veracruzanos 46, Faros, Centro, customers must present directly to the bus driver a digital or printed reservation voucher and valid photo ID in exchange for their Turibus ticket. YOU MUST FIRST REDEEM YOUR TICKET AT THE MEETING POINT. Ticket redemption is not available at any other stop. A bracelet and a receipt will serve as your entrance ticket. Every time you board the bus, you must show your bracelet and receipt to the bus driver. Please do not remove your bracelet and keep your ticket. Operating schedule: daily departures at noon, 14:00hrs, 17:00hrs, and 19:00hrs.
