Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

Pickup Information

Hotel and Airbnb pickup is included for guests staying in central Santiago. Please provide your accommodation details when booking so we can coordinate your pickup accordingly. If your accommodation falls outside our pickup area, we will arrange a convenient nearby meeting point. Complimentary pickup is available from the following districts: • Santiago Downtown • Providencia • Las Condes • Vitacura For smooth communication before your tour, we recommend providing a phone number with WhatsApp access. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by 9:00 PM on the evening prior to your tour. Pickup from hotels near Santiago Airport can be arranged upon request, subject to availability, for an additional fee of USD 15 per person.
