Where to Meet: Your private Tuk Tuk tour departs from 2870 Hyde Street, San Francisco, CA 94109 – at the corner of Hyde Street and Jefferson Street in Fisherman’s Wharf. Arrive early to ensure you're at the correct location. We pick up on the Hyde Street side of the Argonaut Hotel in the White Zone passenger loading area. Please do not wait in front of the hotel entrance on Jefferson Street. Important: We no longer meet at Umbrella Alley on Beach Street. Support Your Tour Guide with Easy Tipping (No Cash Needed): Thank you for booking with us! Tips are an essential part of our tour guides' earnings. Important Information: Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled tour start time. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit their reservation with no refund or reschedule. Guests: Ages 3 and older are welcome. Child and booster seats are not provided. Each Tuk Tuk accommodates five adult riders, with a maximum of six guests if children are included. Storage: We cannot accommodate wheelchair, walker, luggage, or stroller storage aboard the Tuk Tuk, but storage is available on site. Cancellation Policy: Private tours are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. No-shows are charged in full.
