Meeting Point: Your private Tuk Tuk tour departs from 2870 Hyde St (corner of Hyde & Jefferson) in Fisherman’s Wharf. Meet on the Hyde St side of the Argonaut Hotel in the White Zone loading area. Do not wait at the hotel entrance on Jefferson. Important: We no longer meet at Umbrella Alley on Beach St. Support Your Tour Guide with Easy Tipping (No Cash Needed): Thank you for booking with us! Tips are an essential part of our tour guides' earnings. With TipDirect, you can easily tip using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major credit card. Important Information: Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled tour start time. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit their reservation with no refund or reschedule. Guests: Ages 3 and older are welcome. Child and booster seats are not provided. Each Tuk Tuk accommodates five adult riders, with a maximum of six guests if children are included. Storage: We cannot accommodate wheelchair, walker, luggage, or stroller storage aboard the Tuk Tuk, but storage is available on site. Cancellation Policy: Private tours are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. No-shows are charged in full.
