Pickup Information

Pickup is available for all hotels within the Phuket area. Pickup time is 8.15 a.m.- 8.30 a.m. for round 1, 9.15 a.m.- 9.30 a.m. for round 2, 1.00 p.m.-1.15 p.m. for round 3, 2.00 p.m. - 2.15 p.m. for round 4. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Children aged 4–15 years are not permitted to drive and may participate as passengers only.

Each participant must not exceed the maximum weight limit of 110 kg.

Drivers have to be in good physical and mental condition to ensure safety. Drivers must be between 16 and 65 years old.

During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.

Participants are required to wear comfortable outdoor clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts, Flat-sole sneakers for walking on cable prior to engaging in the activity.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

For a solo ride, select 1 Adult for 1 driver. To ride with a passenger, select 1 Adult for the driver and 1 Child for the passenger. Each ATV accommodates a maximum of 2 people.
