The transfer will depart from your hotel, located in Cusco’s Historic Center. We recommend leaving your hotel with plenty of time, according to your train departure time, to allow for traffic and ensure you arrive at the station on time. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If your hotel is located in a pedestrian-only area or somewhere with restricted vehicle access, we will coordinate a nearby meeting point with you in advance. Our vehicle will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. After this period, the service will be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable. When you meet your driver, please present this ticket along with your passport to use your private transfer service. The service will end at Poroy Train Station.
