The guests will find the guide at the entrance of PORTA MARINA SUPERIORE with a sign "Pompei VIP". the meeting point is located just 50 meters from the Circumvesuviana station Pompei Scavi Villa dei Misteri right in front of the Bar Hortus
Redemption Instructions
According to the new rules applied from November 15th to the ticketing system, each customer must add her\his name to the Pompeii admission tickets. Please don’t forget to bring with you your ID card or Passport: it’s mandatory to show your names (complete names, not nicknames) and your picture on your documents, both for adults and kids. Read carefully the instructions you’ll receive when reserving the guided tour and take your time to add the proper names and surnames to the admission tickets: we can’t amend, modify or reschedule them. We’re not responsible for any typing error. The informations you’ll provide won’t be forwarded to third parts, we’ll respect your privacy. If you have issues about that, please contact the Archaeological Park of Pompeii ticket office.
