Redemption Instructions

1. Download Navicup application and search for the tour "Audio City-Tour in Munich" OR using this link "https://app.navicup.com/5152" to download and open our audio guided tour in Navicup app. 2. Type or copy the Booking ref. number (below the barcode) into the Redeem code field in the Navicup app (WAIT a few minutes before using the code, Viator takes some time to send us the code). If you have bought more than 1 ticket, you can use the same code on different devices. 3. Once you have activated the map it will be available for 1 week. 4. Make sure to take with you a fully charged mobile device. 5. An internet connection is required only to download the app and the tour contents. Please don't close the app during the route, you need the internet connection again to open the tour. 6. You can start your tour at any POI on the map. Follow the route with your smartphone, but you can modify your track at your own will. 7. For a better audio experience we recommended to use headphones.
