Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Minimum of 2 participants required per booking. • Surf lesson times may be adjusted according to tides, waves, and ocean conditions to provide the safest and best possible experience. If a schedule adjustment is necessary, we will contact you in advance. • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled lesson. • Please bring swimwear, sunscreen, and a towel. • Participants should be comfortable in the water and able to follow the instructor’s safety directions. • Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that could affect your ability to participate safely. • Surf lessons are not recommended during pregnancy or for travelers with serious medical conditions without prior medical approval. • Your booking voucher provides direct access to the activity; no physical ticket exchange is required.
