For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Mixed Transportation methods including Maglev train and taxi (for 1 to 3 pax); or transfer by private vehicle (for 4 pax or above). • If you are not able to go through customs for any reasons, please take your own responsibility. There is no refund for the same day cancellation

If the pickup is at Hongqiao Airport (SHA), please specify. No additional cost. * Most layovers occur at Pudong International Airport (PVG)
