Redemption Instructions

Your ticket offers direct access to the boat as much as you want during the validity of your pass. Scan the ticket at each time you hop on the boat. The validity of your ticket starts at the moment you board for the first time. Find the next departure on https://www.batobus.com/en. From April 27 to September 21, 2025, service operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Thursday to Saturday. From September 22 to November 2, 2025, the boats operate daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From November 3, 2025 to March 31, 2026, boats run from Monday to Thursday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and from Friday to Sunday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The first departure of the day is at 10:00 AM from the Eiffel Tower stop. The last departures vary depending on the day and season, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Boats continue operating for approximately 45 minutes after the final departure. Boats circulate regularly throughout the day, with an average wait time of 25 to 30 minutes between stops. You are free to board at any of the nine stops, without a fixed departure time. The journey can begin from any stop, not only the Eiffel Tower.
