Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
1. When looking to the Eiffel Tower at Pont d'Iéna go downstairs located on your right. 2. Spot and walk to the Vedettes de Paris company (next to 3 flags blue, white, red). 3. Once below the flags, search the Ô Chateau banner located a few steps ahead to meet your sommelier between 6 and 6:25 pm.
Redemption Instructions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION : - PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE DEPARTURE BECAUSE THE BOARDING TIME IS AT 6:25 PM AND THE DOORS ARE CLOSED AT 6:30PM. The departure time is strictly scheduled at 6:30 PM and we cannot delay the departure under any circumstance. - Knowing that, NO delays of any kind will be accepted after 6:30 pm. So, we advise you to arrive between 6:00pm and 6:15pm maximum because of Parisian traffic ! Any delay will not entitle a refund or an automatic reschedule.
