Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

We will need to know where and when to pick you up for your tour, so please provide us with your hotel information by calling 808 216-1410 or email CustomIslandTours@outlook.com

Pickup Information

We pick up from all hotels, cruise ship piers, or residences within 20 miles of Waikiki. Pickup time will be 8:30am; you can contact us if you would like a different start time. Starting in 2024, we no longer pick up from the airport, but we can drop you off at the airport at the end of the tour.
