Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
You will meet our staff at Anahola Marketplace behind the Anahola Marketplace Cafe in Unit C3 for Check-in. All participants will need to be present to fill out liability waivers. Check in is promptly at 8am. If you are more than 15 min late, your reservation will be canceled without a refund.
Redemption Instructions
~Each Participant will need to sign a Limited Liability Waiver at check-in. ~Message the provider if anyone is over 230lbs or over 6'3 at least 24hrs before your scheduled reservation. (we have big/tall Scooters). ~Message vendor if anyone in your group needs a life vest at least 24 hrs before your schedule reservation. ~Lead Traveler ID and Credit Card are required at check-in.
