Pickup Information

Coming out of the timeshare room, outside to your right hand side at canopy 4 look for a sing with your name on it. If you are at the hotel, we will pick up in the hotel lobby. Important Information * The maximum waiting time for arriving flights is 1 hour and 30 minutes after the flight has landed. If the passenger does not meet the driver within this period and no prior communication has been received, the service may be considered a no-show. * This product is valid for Hotels in Zone 1 only. If the destination hotel is located outside Zone 1, the customer will be notified and informed of any applicable additional charge before the service is provided. If the customer does not wish to pay the additional charge, they may be asked to book the appropriate product that corresponds to their hotel zone.
