Redemption Instructions

• Departure time: 8:00am • Duration tour: 8 hours When in Italy you can contact our local supplier (+393512187924) by call and by WhatsApp. (we suggest by WhatsApp messages, easily linking to free wifi from hotels, bar/coffee shops, restaurants) • English-speaking Driver with a private vehicle will be waiting for you right outside the ship, holding a sign with your name on to be easily recognized. • For under 18 years old booked for this tour please provide proof of identity for the benefit reductions of the tour (copy of a document, ecc.). Without them the Clients could be asked to make payment of a full price balancing cash in Euro directly to the driver. • Option Private Tour: This is a private Tour. Only your group will participate and it can be modified and/or customized (even while on tour). • Option Shared Tour: Solution with a lower price dedicated to travelers sharing the vehicle with a small group (up to 8 people per vehicle). Not customizable. It is not possible to include attractions tickets purchased by your own. In Shared Tour only: Your Driver may make a few stops (usually 2/3 stops) along the way to pick up, or drop off, fellow passengers. This means that your Driver could arrive within 15-30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. The Volcano: • Access to the crater with a volcanology local guide in small group is part of the ticket. • Vehicles do not go to the top but will drop you off at an altitude of around 1000m. The trail to the top climbs just under another 200m. • If weather conditions don’t allow to trail to the top, from the altitude of around 1000m you will have time to enjoy the panoramic view. No refund is due. • Wine Tasting: Minimum drinking age is 18 (will have soft drinks instead wine) • Tipping is not included in our service fees,It is never mandatory although it is always appreciated. Standard gratuities in Europe run between 10% 25% depending on the service received.

Pickup Information

Cruise Port, right outside your ship, pickup and dropoff. • English-speaking Driver with a private vehicle will be waiting for you right outside the ship, holding a sign with your name on to be easily recognized. • No need to take Bus Shuttle from ship since our permits allow us to enter in the Cruise Port. In Shared Tour Option only: Your Driver may make a few stops (usually 2/3 stops) along the way to pick up, or drop off, fellow passengers. This means that your Driver could arrive within 15-30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.
