Redemption Instructions
We are located at: 62950 20th Avenue, Palm Springs, CA. 92262 Before You Go Congratulations on booking a Tour! Please be advised, this ticket includes 2 adults per vehicle. We charge $10 for each additional adult at the tour center. Kids under 12 are free. Please check in at the Tour Center and feel free to review our video and exhibits before heading out on your driving portion of the tour. After that, our tour guide will send you on your way with a Map and instruct you on the Self-Driving Tour, which is accompanied by an APP download on your mobile device. It's important to download the APP prior to arriving for ease of check-in and flow. If you have trouble downloading, we can troubleshoot at the tour center, but please make sure you know your Apple ID or Google Play ID in order to download the APP. Earbuds or hooking up your mobile device to Bluetooth in your car so everyone can hear the tour is recommended and allows for optimal hearing and ease of use to start and stop at your discretion. If you have any questions, our tour guide will be able to assist you at the tour headquarters.
