Redemption Instructions

• Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class to send driver after 45 minutes from flight landed time. Economy call passengers have 60 minutes to clear immigration and collect luggage before driver reach the arrival hall. • Provide passenger mobile number including country dialing code. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible. Therefore contact the supplier directly to discuss any excess luggage details. • Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport and 10 minutes at the Hotel.
