Pickup Information

London Pick up Instructions: Your driver will arrive in line with your scheduled booking time. Please ensure you are ready for your pick up. Up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included. Waiting charges may apply after the free period has elapsed. Southampton Pick-Up Instructions (Port) Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on upon arrival, as your driver will contact you by text message. Your driver will arrive in line with your scheduled arrival time and will be waiting at the pick up/drop off area at the terminal. Please ensure you have informed us of your disembarkment time. Up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the scheduled arrival time. Should there be any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so we can assist.
