Terminal 3 at Margaretville Bar. Terminal 4 in "Welcome Bar". A maximum waiting time of 60 minutes is allowed from the landing of the aircraft in the original flight schedule. In case we do not have contact (due to lack of communication by passengers, after the regulatory waiting time , we will proceed to the "NO SHOW" which means that you will not be able to access the services previously reserved. For delayed flights, we have a maximum tolerance time of 60 minutes from the original flight schedule. If your arrival is delayed for more than 60 minutes, it will be considered a "no show", meaning you will not be able to access the services previously reserved. The cancellation of the flight by the Airline will also be automatically considered as No show. On the other hand, if you opt for the transfer from the hotel to Cancun Airport , please note that the maximum waiting time in the lobby is 05 minutes. This ensures fast and efficient management for all. To ensure that your transfer is successful, it is advisable to be aware of the instructions we will be sending you by our whathsapp contact and follow the established procedures.
