Redemption Instructions

No physical ticket is required. Please show your Viator booking confirmation to your driver-guide at pickup. Pickup is from your hotel, apartment, or preferred address in Prague. Please wait in the hotel lobby or directly outside your accommodation entrance at the agreed pickup time. Your driver-guide will contact you before the tour to confirm the exact pickup time, pickup address, and final details. Admission tickets to Terezín Memorial sites are included. Minimum age is 12 years.
