Redemption Instructions

This e-ticket is non-transferable and valid only on the selected date. No physical ticket is required—just show it on your mobile device. Please meet your guide at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Pickup Information

Complimentary hotel pick-up is provided within Krabi Town and Ao Nang areas, with scheduled times between 08:30 AM - 09:00 AM, 12:30 PM – 01:00 PM, or 04:30 PM – 05:00 PM. Guests staying at Railay Beach should proceed to the designated meeting point at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, a 15-minute ride from Railay East. Guests staying in Ton Sai, the meeting point is at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas are requested to utilize the hotel's shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Guests are respectfully requested to meet their tour guide at meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
