Redemption Instructions

We provide professional and personalized transportation between Heathrow and Gatwick airports, with our "Meet and Greet" service included in the price. For private transfers between Heathrow and Gatwick or from hotels and residential properties to the airport, the price covers pickups and drop-offs at airport hotels. Airport Pickup: Our driver will meet you at the arrivals gate with a name board for easy identification. We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time based on the actual landing, ensuring the driver is in the arrivals hall when you arrive. Enjoy 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups. Hotel Pickup: For hotel pickups at Heathrow, the driver will meet you at the hotel reception. A 15-minute free waiting period is provided for pickups from hotels or residential properties.

Pickup Information

Airport Pickup: Our driver will meet you at the arrivals gate, holding a name board for easy identification. We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time based on the actual landing, ensuring the driver is in the arrivals hall when you arrive. You will receive 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups. If you require a pickup scheduled more than 60 minutes after your flight's arrival, please contact us in advance — in this case, the 60-minute free waiting time will begin from your specified pickup time. Hotel Pickup: For pickups from Heathrow hotels, the driver will meet you at the hotel reception. For residential properties, the driver will wait outside the property, and 15 minutes of free waiting time is included. If you cannot find your pickup or drop-off address in the list, please complete your booking and then contact us via message or email with the correct details.
