Redemption Instructions

Please be advised that you will receive a separate reservation voucher pdf on Viator messaging and if you have booked through trip advisor or other booking portal you will receive an email notification to download, in case you’re unable to download you can contact the support team of the portal you used for making the booking. This voucher will not grant you direct access. The actual ticket will be shared on the day before your visit. In rare cases due to technical difficulties the ticket will be shared shortly before your visit time on the date of your visit, we appreciate your understanding and patience in advance. During peak season time the timings allotted to climb the tower may vary by upto one hour from the original time booked, though travelers can visit the cathedral and other monument first.
