Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pickup Information

Pick up intructions from airport: Domestic Flights: The driver will be at the airport from the time your flight lands and will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes. Meeting Point: Walk a few meters to the Domestic Arrivals Exit, where you will find the designated meeting point. Due to heavy traffic and congestion in this area, the driver may not be waiting directly in front of the exit. If necessary, please contact our Operations Team to coordinate the meeting. International Flights: The driver will enter the airport 30 minutes after your flight lands, allowing time for immigration and customs clearance. From that moment, the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes. Meeting Point: Door 4, First Floor, next to Oma. The driver or our representative will contact you to coordinate the meeting point details. If it is not possible to establish contact in advance, the driver will be waiting for you at the designated exit with a sign displaying your name, according to your flight type. If you do not see our representative at the meeting point, please contact our assistance line by phone or WhatsApp.
