Pickup Information

For arrivals at CDMX we are waiting for you at the departure gate of your flight with a sign specifying your name in the arrival time. For departures from the hotel we will pick you up 3 hours before (Domestic flight) or 4 hours (International flight) so that you arrive on time on your flight back to your point of origin. Service available 24/7. When booking please specify if your service is arrival or departure. Remember that the reserved option only includes one leg: from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport. In case you want the full section you must book two services.
