Pickup Information

"When booking your transportation from Liberia airport to Tamarindo Diría, you must provide the airline and arrival flight number. Our representative will have all the details of your trip and will receive you at the Liberia Airport with a sign that will bear the name of the group representative or the traveler. If your flight is modified or cancelled, it is important that you inform us of the new arrival time. In the event that the aircraft changes its arrival date and time, it is your responsibility to inform us of this updated information, including the flight number and arrival time. If you provide your flight number when booking your airport transportation, our Meet & Greet service will allow you to track your flight and adjust your pickup time if necessary. Additionally, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to ensure you have enough time to clear security, collect your luggage, and head to the arrivals area to meet your driver. Regarding check-out information, if the pick-up is at a hotel, you must send us the room number the day before so that our representative can find you at the reception by your name and room number. If the pickup is from an Airbnb house, please provide the exact location so our representative can easily locate you."
