Pickup Information

You must provide the airline and flight number so that we can track it in case of any changes, such as cancellations or modifications. Any changes must be reported immediately. If the flight’s arrival date or time changes, it is the passenger’s responsibility to notify us with the updated information, including the flight number and new arrival time. Once the flight lands, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes to allow you enough time to collect your luggage and exit the airport. The day before your arrival, we will send you a photo of the sign that our representative will be holding at the airport. The day before your departure, you must confirm your pickup time with us. If you are staying at a hotel, you must provide your room number so that our representative can request you at reception using your name and room number. If you are staying at an Airbnb, you must provide the exact location. Our representative will have all the details of your trip and will meet you at Liberia Airport holding a sign with the name of the group leader or traveler.
