Redemption Instructions

AIRPORT INSTRUCTIONS: After exiting to the street level, please look for your driver holding a sign with your full name and wearing a maroon T-shirt. If you do not see your driver, please contact us via WhatsApp at +506 8704 3690 or call +1 (844) 900-1559. HOTEL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: Your driver will meet you at the main lobby area of the hotel. For the return transfer to the airport, your pick-up time will be scheduled 3.5 hours prior to your flight departure time indicated on this booking.

Pickup Information

Please look for the person in the maroon T-shirt with your name sign. If you cannot find your driver, HOTEL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: We will pick you up at the main lobby area of the hotel. For your return transfer to the airport, the pick-up time will be scheduled 3.5 hours before your flight departure time listed on this booking.
