Redemption Instructions

• Once arrive Beijing, please follow the crowds heading out of the platform, once exit the railway station, you will see lots of name signs here, our representative will wait you here with your name sign.If you didn't see your name sign, please stay at the exit(where all name sign is) and call us. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • We cannot guarantee an English-speaking driver. Due to their availability,you may have a Chinese speaking driver, but they know exactly where to pick you up and where to drop you off. Guest can use their phone to call our translator if need during the ride
