Pickup Information

Pick-up is only from hotels located within the Historic Center of Cusco. Please wait in the lobby of your accommodation 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Our driver will look for you by name and will provide assistance with your luggage. If your hotel is located on a pedestrian street or difficult to reach, we will coordinate a nearby meeting point to facilitate your transfer. We recommend keeping your phone/WhatsApp operational on the day of service for smooth communication. If you have changes to your flight schedule, please inform us in advance to reconfirm your pick-up time.
